Allow users to duplicate a whole website with a click

This will allow users to have draft sites on the account without being counted in their quota of websites and only published one's count. Currently, users can delete websites and it will reset the counter.

It would be good to use our main logo on the site, a different image for our favicon and our character for the chat (site creation).
