Couple of parts that really need to be removed as part of a White Label as it doesn't look good for all those agencies out there that are using your platform as a white label. This is everything for an Agency and 'what the clients see' 1) as a client, you still have an 'UPGRADE' button to the top right of the dashboard which if clicked then goes to 'STUNNINGS' pricing plan. We are an agency acting under our company name (not yours), you also need to remember that we may charge, eg. £20 pm, but yet now our client goes to upgrade and is being charged £50 a month. what if there was a problem with payment, the client is going to come back to 'US' as they are thinking this is our platform, not to mention the amount of emails the agency will then receive asking about the pricing and why etc. etc. as a white label, all pricing should be removed from stunning, its the whole point of a white label service. Nothing should be shown as 'Stunning' 2) as a client, you have a 'CREATE WEBSITE' button which again, this is part of the agency but yet if you click this (as a client) it then says you can't add anymore and they need to create a New Workspace (not only is this then making things confusing for the client but then even more emails for the agency for questions about what all of this is), anyway, the client then clicks create a new workspace and then it goes all into Stunnings Branding, stunnings pricing, slack, everything. again, the whole point of white label is that it is acting as our company (not stunning), this would then raise a ton of emails, questions and unneccessary work for the agency. Workspaces for the White Label plans should be removed, it is not needed for white label clients 3) adding a website, as an agency, i am sure most of us are wanting to promote your platform to clients, so 'THEY' can build their own website and experience the AI part of the creation, as an agency, we should have the ability to add a client and not have to build the website so the client can build the website themself (i have notes and suggestions on this) Suggestions: 1) as an agency, we should have the ability to add a 'Client' WITHOUT building a website, and when we add that client, we should be able to add in a 'Number' for how many websites that client is allowed to build. Some agencies may do different pricing tiers for their clients, such as x1 website £10pm x3 websites £20pm we should be able to add in a client and then enter how many websites they are allowed to then build. The client, can then add a website and run through your AI to build this. if the client reaches their Max number of how many websites they are allowed to build, the current popup should then read more generic statement, such as: "You have reached your plan limit. Please speak to your support contact to add more websites or delete any current websites you have" 2) Remove workspaces for clients, take a POLL on this but i do not see this being needed or used for any client. For agencies on a white label, 99% of all of their clients will only have 1 website, for the 1% that have multiple websites are generally larger scale businesses which (without being rude) wouldn't use this platform as they would opt for a custom build. I think it would be very rare that a client will need several or seperate workspaces. Or, you could give the Agency the ability to choose whether the client can have workspaces or not, that would simply be a 'Switcher' when creating a client and how many websites they can have, just put a switcher in the same section which would allow them to have multiple workspaces. but as i say, workspaces would then need to be reconfigured as its currently all branded as Stunning which is not white label 3) i see you have removed the 'Delete' part from the website following from my previous finding on this. Thank you for actioning this, but, as a client, they should have the ability to 'at least' 'Start Again' as they may need to restart their website from the beginning. 4) Remove UPGRADE button 5) Remove Add Website = Create Workspace 6) Remove Create Workspace when you first login (as a client)
